Olivia- Credentialing & Rate Increase Manager

I am a Credentialing and Rate Increase Manager with a strong focus on optimizing provider network participation and reimbursement outcomes. I specialize in managing the full credentialing lifecycle, ensuring providers are successfully enrolled, maintained, and compliant with insurance panels and regulatory requirements.

In my role, I negotiate and secure rate increases with payers, using data analysis to advocate for competitive reimbursement. I work closely with providers, billing teams, and insurance representatives to streamline processes, resolve issues efficiently, and improve overall revenue cycle performance.

With a detail-oriented and proactive approach, I am committed to reducing administrative barriers, strengthening payer relationships, and supporting the financial growth of the organizations and providers I represent.
